Scholarship / Financial Aid

Scholarship checks must be signed within 2 weeks of the parent being notified.  Failure to sign the check in a timely manner, will mean that the parent is responsible for the funds lost to FBCA from the scholarship company. School records will not be released until all funds are paid.  Parents of students on scholarship who leave prior to October will be responsible for any book fee and pro-rated tuition amount that is not covered by the scholarship.

"The McKay Scholarship Program for Students with Disabilities provided over 31,000 Florida students with special needs the opportunity to attend a participating private school during the 2016-17 school year. The McKay Scholarship Program also offers parents public school choice. A parent of an eligible special needs student may choose to transfer the student to another public school."

"Step Up For Students is a state-approved nonprofit scholarship funding organization that helps administer two scholarships for Florida schoolchildren: the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship Program (FTC) for low-income families and the Gardiner Scholarship (PLSA) for children with certain special needs."

Florida’s Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) program is free instruction available to all 4-year-old children. Children must live in Florida and be 4 on or before September 1 of the school year they enroll. For more information on obtaining your scholarship thru ELC please visit,
