Scholarship checks must be signed within 2 weeks of the parent being notified. Failure to sign the check in a timely manner, will mean that the parent is responsible for the funds lost to FBCA from the scholarship company. School records will not be released until all funds are paid. Parents of students on scholarship who leave prior to October will be responsible for any book fee and pro-rated tuition amount that is not covered by the scholarship.
